Explore one-time maintenance
- Central heating & cooling

- Additional systems
- Let us know if different parts of your home have separate heating or cooling, if you know. We’ll confirm the systems and explain the cost for each.

Inside the seasonal visit
See what gets checked.
Select an equipment group to see what gets checked. Checks depend on your installed system; heating-element and gas-furnace checks apply where that equipment is installed. Inspection findings help identify any separate maintenance or repair work.
Outdoor unit checks
- Check condenser fan motor amperage.
- Check compressor amperage.
- Check the condensing unit capacitor.
- Inspect outdoor electrical connections.
- Inspect the condenser coil.
- Check refrigerant pressures.

Before joining
Membership details & common questions.
Review equipment coverage, visit scheduling, separate work and renewal together so the agreement fits your home.
Can I have the diagnostic fee waived?
Yes. Sign up for the Maintenance Plan and we’ll waive the $79.95 HVAC diagnostic fee.
What does the proposed annual plan cover?
The plan brings seasonal heating and cooling inspections together with scheduling and repair benefits. Review the membership card above and the equipment listed in your agreement.
Can I arrange a single maintenance visit instead?
Yes—ask about an individual maintenance visit for your equipment. Compare the included checks and price for that visit with the annual membership before choosing.
Does priority scheduling guarantee same-day service?
Priority affects the order in which appointments are arranged. We confirm availability and your appointment time during follow-up.
Does membership include every repair, cleaning or supply?
Repairs are quoted separately for your approval. Filters, consumables, boiler flushing, condensate-drain repairs and coil/blower cleaning are separately scoped. The agreement identifies covered work and discount eligibility.
Can I cover multiple systems, ductless equipment or a boiler?
Tell us which parts of your home you want cared for, as best you can. You do not need to identify every system or count indoor units before contacting us. We’ll confirm the equipment, explain the price and list the covered checks in your agreement.
What happens if an inspection finds a problem?
We explain the finding, any recommended repair, its price and any applicable member benefit. You decide whether to approve the separate work.
What should I check about renewal, cancellation or moving?
Ask for the payment schedule, renewal and cancellation conditions, and how the agreement handles a move or equipment changes. Keep these details with your equipment list before joining.
How should I compare membership with individual maintenance visits?
Compare the annual price and covered systems with the visits you would otherwise arrange. Review seasonal inspections, scheduling and repair benefits alongside separate cleaning, consumables and repair work. Use the equipment list and agreement for your home rather than assuming every service is included.
