This policy explains how RJ Sam’s Heating & Cooling handles information connected with website inquiries and service requests.
Information you provide
Our request form asks for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. When arranging work, we may also need the service address and details about the property and equipment.
Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information in service communications.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss the requested work, arrange service, and maintain relevant customer and service records.
Basin receives website form submissions on our behalf. Supabase stores private inquiry, booking, completed-job and revenue records for our authorized team. Our hosting and communication providers also help deliver messages and operate the site.
Website technology
With your request, we collect the page and service, landing page and referring website, campaign parameters and advertising click IDs when present, time on page, scroll depth and basic browser, screen, language and device information. We also receive the visitor IP address observed by our hosting provider and approximate IP-based postal code, city, region and country when available. This estimated location is not treated as your property address. Planning tools may attach their calculated summary to your request. These help us understand inquiries and where they came from.
Where appropriate consent has been recorded, advertising click IDs and completed-job details may be used to measure advertising conversions.
We use first-party session storage for visit attribution and a short-lived security cookie to protect form submissions. Contact details and messages are not saved in this browser storage. You can manage storage through your browser settings; the form still works when session storage is blocked.
Messages about your request
We use your email and phone to respond to your inquiry. Submitting this form does not enroll you in marketing text messages.
Records and privacy requests
Contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, or ask about deletion. Some records may need to be retained for completed work, warranty support, or other applicable obligations. We’ll explain the response to your request.

What accompanies a service request?
The submitted contact details, page/service context and attribution such as campaign/click IDs, referrer and device/browser information are used with the service request. Basin handles submissions and a separate private Supabase dashboard stores lead/job records. An IP-based location hint is approximate, not a confirmed service address; automatic Google Ads uploads and visitor SMS are not enabled.
